IP Usage Policy
This policy explains what you may and may not do with Lil Gwapz characters, stickers, artwork, logos, names and associated brand assets.
Personal use that is allowed
You may use official, unaltered Lil Gwapz stickers for ordinary personal communication and social reaction use:
- Texts, group chats and direct messages
- Ordinary reaction posts and comments
- Personal social-media posts
- Storage on your personal devices for those uses
This is a limited, revocable license — not a sale or transfer of the artwork.
Permission required
Written authorization from Tha GwapSpot is required before Lil Gwapz is used in advertising, sponsored content, commercial products, merchandise, print-on-demand goods, paid digital products, company branding, mascots, apps, games, publications, films, media products, licensing programs or any use that implies endorsement by Tha GwapSpot.
Strictly prohibited without authorization
Resale & redistribution
No selling, sublicensing, mirroring or repackaging the Lil Gwapz source files, full sticker pack, ZIP archive or substantial portions as your own library.
Unauthorized derivatives
No tracing, redrawing, material alteration or remixing to create competing characters, sticker packs, mascots or visual systems derived from Lil Gwapz.
AI & dataset use
No training, fine-tuning, benchmarking, embeddings, computer-vision datasets, style cloning or automated derivative generation using Lil Gwapz assets.
NFTs & tokens
No minting, tokenizing, inscribing, wrapping or blockchain-linked ownership claims involving Lil Gwapz without express written authorization.
Merchandise
No apparel, accessories, posters, toys, packaging, printed goods, collectibles or print-on-demand products for sale or distribution.
False affiliation
No use that makes your account, domain, token, collection, product or business appear official, sponsored or partnered with Tha GwapSpot.
Brand safety restrictions
Lil Gwapz may not be used in unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, defamatory, exploitative, pornographic or materially deceptive content. The brand may not be used in political campaign materials or political endorsements without written authorization.
Attribution
Attribution is appreciated when practical but never replaces the need for permission where permission is required. A suitable attribution is:

Do not present attribution in a way that implies endorsement.
Brand marks
“Lil Gwapz,” “Tha GwapSpot,” official logos, wordmarks, character identifiers and related visual marks are proprietary brand assets. No trademark license is granted. Referential use is permitted only when truthful and not confusing as to source, sponsorship or affiliation.
Enforcement
Tha GwapSpot reserves the right to protect Lil Gwapz through platform reports, copyright or trademark notices, takedown requests, cease-and-desist demands, revocation of permissions and legal action where appropriate. Unauthorized commercial exploitation, counterfeit merchandise, impersonation, asset repackaging, AI training and unauthorized NFT/token projects are priority enforcement categories.
Licensing & partnerships
For commercial licensing, collaborations, brand partnerships or other authorized uses, submit the request through the official Tha GwapSpot contact and partnership intake at gwapspot.com/contact.
Related terms
This policy supplements the Lil Gwapz Terms of Service. If a specific written license from Tha GwapSpot grants broader rights, that written license controls for the licensed use.
